Ebony Bailey is a fifth grade Student Council Member at Sierra Elementary Complex. Ebony started a campaign to raise funds for an eco-friendly water fountain with a bottle refilling station built-in. Ebony was able to raise the money through gracious donations from the community. Ebony and her Mother, Tiffiny Asbell presented the check to Student Council Sponsors and fifth grade teachers Kayla Montano, and Samantha Sullenger. The fountain will be installed into the fifth grade hallway.
